Job Summary
As Team Lead, Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies while overseeing internal communications initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This dual role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage both external brand presence and internal engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of proven marketing and communications experience
- Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong team leadership and management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement
- Knowledge of internal communications best practices
- Understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements
