As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our mobile applications (Android & iOS), website, and backend services. Your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards in functionality, usability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities As A Software Quality Assurance Engineer
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for mobile apps, websites, and backend services.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, API, integration, system, security, and UI testing.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct cross-platform and cross-device testing to enhance user experience.
- Monitor test results, troubleshoot issues, and validate bug fixes.
- Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and accessibility standards.
- Use test management tools like JIRA and TestRail and implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including mobile and web application testing.
- Strong expertise in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and Postman.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or Kotlin for test automation.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or AWS Device Farm.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases for test data validation.Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payment solutions testing.
- Familiarity with mobile automation frameworks such as Espresso (Android) or XCUITest (iOS).
- ISTQB or other relevant QA certification is a plus.
