Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team.
- As a Senior Product Designer at Univacity, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform, making a significant impact on how students discover educational opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and ideation to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and user-centered designs.
- Utilize user insights and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and enhance the user journey.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and growth.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to our platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, showcased in a strong portfolio of diverse digital design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically about design solutions.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
