Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Officer located in Lagos.
- The Real Estate Sales Officer will handle property listings, assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and maintain strong customer service relationships.
- The role involves conducting market research, preparing property reports, negotiating sales terms, finalizing real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with real property regulations.
Qualifications
- Possess a Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 plus bonus Monthly.
