Your Impact
- Support the design team in shaping the future of our fintech platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into user-friendly, visually appealing solutions.
- Assist in the design of end-to-end features, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to the establishment and promotion of design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in a fintech or startup environment.
- Knowledge of animation, motion design, and micro-interactions.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
