Job Title: Head, Digital Unit – Marketing Department
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digital marketing unit, setting vision, strategy, and execution plans.
- Develop and oversee integrated digital campaigns across web, social media, email, and paid channels.
- Drive analytizeand performance marketing to maximize ROI.
- Manage digital content creation, including blogs, videos, infographics, and thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security best practices.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and technologies, applying them to enhance brand positioning.
- Mentor and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in digital strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of social media, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Experience in engineering, technology, or security-related industriesis an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
