Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare financial statements, expenditure reports, and budget variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit preparedness.
- Provide financial guidance to program teams and senior management.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff.
