Job Title: Female Design Manager

Job Summary
- The Design Manager will lead the creative and production design team, overseeing the development of high-quality signage, art crafts, branding materials, and other visual communication assets.
- This role involves managing design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and the company’s brand identity.
- The Design Manager will also collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and quality control in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for a wide range of signage, including indoor/outdoor, illuminated, 3D, and custom-built designs.
- Provide hands-on design work, including drafting, rendering, and prototyping, using software like Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools.
- Work closely with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications and material constraints.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a design-related role, preferably in the manufacturing, signage, or visual communication industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in signage, branding, and custom design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Experience working with different materials, including metal, acrylic, wood, vinyl, and LED technology.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and spatial design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CNC cutting, laser engraving, or 3D printing technologies.
- Knowledge of large-format printing, signage fabrication, and installation processes.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
