Job Title: ERP Data Entry Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Data Entry with experience in SAP and data entry to support our business operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our ERP system, supporting day-to-day transactions, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments such as inventory, sales order and Logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and verify large volumes of data related to inventory, sales orders, customer records, and supply chain information.
- Support logistic team
- Generate reports to support business decisions.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, or gaps.
- Collaborate with different departments to collect and process timely, accurate data.
Qualifications and Skills
- ND/Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in data entry roles with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong understanding of business processes in FMCG sectors (inventory, distribution, finance, etc.).
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
