About Eiko Therapy
Eiko Therapy is a UK-based, values-led therapy practice supporting children, young people, and adults through Occupational Therapy and related services. Our work includes EHCP assessments, school-based therapy, daily living skills support, mental health and wellbeing, and executive functioning support. We work with both adults and children across education, home, and community settings.
We are expanding toward a multidisciplinary model that will include services such as Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Psychotherapy, and are seeking a Communications & Digital Content Manager to support our digital presence.
Role Overview
This is a remote monthly contract role for a creative communicator with strong writing, research ability, and Canva skills. You will help grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook by producing high-quality content, researching topics, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. No therapy background required; strong research skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Research
– Research topics including therapy, SEND, mental health, child development, and adult support
– Suggest weekly content ideas and trends
– Maintain brand tone and visual consistency
– Support the development of a strong digital presence
Content Creation
– Create 6–8 Instagram posts weekly (reels and carousels)
– Write warm, clear captions
– Create 2 weekly LinkedIn posts
– Repurpose content for Facebook
– Build branded Canva templates
Planning and Engagement
– Prepare a weekly content plan
– Light engagement (approx. 3 short sessions/week)
– Respond professionally to comments/messages
– Monitor insights and suggest improvements
-Reporting and Brand Growth
– Provide a monthly analytics summary
– Recommend content improvements
Weekly Deliverables
– 6–8 Instagram posts
– 2 LinkedIn posts
– 1–2 Facebook repurposed posts
– Weekly content plan
– Light engagement

Requirements
Must Have
– Excellent written English
– Strong research skills
– Experience creating content for brands
– Proficiency in Canva
– Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
– Ability to work independently
– Reliability and attention to detail
Nice to Have
– Experience with wellness, education, psychology, or therapy topics
– A portfolio showing clear, engaging content or design
