Requirements
- Proven experience as CTO or senior technical leader in web3, blockchain, or fintech.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, and web3 principles.
- Proficiency in Rust, Solana, Python, and familiarity with Ethereum/Solana ecosystems.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building teams.
- Excellent communication for articulating technical concepts.
