Description of the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program at Sika
- This 12-month program, through a swap experience across different business functions, such as; Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, you will learn the operations of the business as well as the ins and outs of the products sold.

Qualifications for the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program at Sika
- Bachelor’s degree/HND with a minimum of Second-Class Degree (2.2) in Architecture/ Building Technology, /Engineering (Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering).
- A minimum of 5 credits in WAEC (including Mathematics and English) in one sitting.
- Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Not exceeded 27 years of age at the time of application
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proactive, energetic, service and customer oriented.
- Good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
- Must be open to relocation (within Nigeria).
